Ask us for your week

Tell us your dates or your question. We reply within 24 hours with a yes or the nearest open dates. If it is a yes, you get the rental agreement and a card link from Baker Coastal Ventures LLC.

More than 10 in your party? Say so and we will pass your dates to the first-floor owners. The two homes are booked separately.

Paying and cancelling

Paying

The deposit is charged when you send a request: 25% of the stay plus the cleaning fee. The balance goes to the same card 60 days before arrival; inside 60 days you pay in full. Every total includes the $175 cleaning fee, and no NJ tax is added on a direct stay. Payment only ever goes to Baker Coastal Ventures LLC, through our booking link or our own invoice.

Cancelling

Free for 24 hours after we accept, if arrival is at least 7 days away. 60 or more days out: full refund. 30 to 59 days: half the booking total. Inside 30 days: no refund, though if the dates re-rent we pass along what we recover, less costs. Refunds go back to your card. We recommend travel insurance.

Damage

No security deposit. You are responsible only for documented damage beyond normal wear; the rental agreement spells it out.

Dogs

One dog by approval, $100 per stay, added to your quote. Waived on Dog Days weekend in October.

A few things to know

  • The person booking must be 25 or older. Ten guests at most, children included. No parties, no smoking.
  • Three flights of exterior stairs to the front door, all but one covered, with railings; no elevator. Beach gear stays in the shed at ground level.
  • We are the top floor of a two-unit home; the first floor is a separate home. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am, decks included.
  • One dog by approval; see Dogs welcome.
  • Cameras outside, at the entry stairs and the driveway. Inside, a noise sensor that measures level only; nothing records inside.

We had a wonderful trip to OCNJ with 2 little kids and 2 dogs. Jenn was a great host with quick communication and made sure we were set after a day in her home. Location is easy to access the local restaurants and shops with the beach access not too far away. The beach cart and beach chairs were top notch (even with sand toys for the kids too!). The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials for a home cooked meal. Bedrooms were spacious with comfy mattresses. House was very clean and pristine especially for a pet friendly home. We appreciated every minute of our stay here and hope to be back soon!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared, with clean linens, fresh bathrooms, and everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It truly felt like a home away from home. Jenn and Colin were wonderful hosts, friendly, responsive, and clear in every message. They shared all the information we needed ahead of time, and everything was ready and set up when we arrived. The smooth check-in made the start of our trip completely stress-free. The location was perfect for enjoying Ocean City on foot. We could easily walk to the beach, grab amazing food, and explore the nearby attractions without constantly getting in the car. It was so convenient to have everything close by while still having a comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. We had such a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again! ❤️
